Philip Fong, Managing Partner, Eversheds Harry Elias will provide opening comments. Paul Moloney, Partner, Eversheds will be joined by Simon Clark, Tax Partner, KPMG to outline the legal and tax aspects of the S-VACC.

They will be examining the key legal and tax elements of the S-VACC and provide their insights based on their extensive experience of working on similar structures in London and Dublin.

Those presentations will be followed by a wide ranging panel discussion on the S-VACC which will consider:

1. how it compares to similar structures internationally;
2. the importance of good corporate governance and the role of the custodian;
3. what needs to be done to improve the S-VACC if it is to be a success.
